A Petition is Born!
I started the petition against the Electric Vehicle mandate in Delaware after attending the rally & public hearing in Dover on the proposed DNREC regulation. Because the turnout was so low, I felt I had to do more and get involved. So, I downloaded a petition form, made a ton of copies, put on my sneakers and got to work. In about3 weeks, I collected just over 1,200 signatures from Delawareans that want to maintain Freedom in the First State!
This petition is not being conducted to stop electric vehicles. This petition is being conducted to stop the regulatory abuse by DNREC and stop the Zero Emission Vehicle MANDATE In Delaware.
All signatures being collected are only being used to stop the EV Mandate. Copies of this petition are being sent to Secretary Shawn Garvin at DNREC and Governor John Carney.
This petition does not have an end date. This petition will end when we WIN and there is no EV Mandate in Delaware and we preserve our state motto…..LIBERTY & IDEPENDENCE!
